• Loading and unloading requirements specific to the shipment.

3. Booking Confirmation

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only when agreed upon verbally or in writing by both parties, and when the relevant details (route, truck type, loading date) have been finalised.

4. Cargo Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that cargo is properly packed, labelled, and declared before handover. We are not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging or incorrect declarations of weight, dimensions, or cargo type.

We do not transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods. If undeclared hazardous cargo is discovered, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the shipment.

5. Transit and Delivery

Transit times provided are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, regulatory checks, mechanical issues, or any other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate delays as promptly as possible.

6. Cargo Insurance

Basic goods-in-transit coverage may be available depending on the shipment and route. Customers requiring specific insurance coverage should declare this at the time of booking. We recommend confirming insurance terms before dispatch.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a shipment is limited to the freight charge paid for that shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of business, revenue, or profit.

8. Service Availability

Route and service availability may change depending on fleet capacity, seasonal demand, and operational constraints. We reserve the right to decline bookings that cannot be fulfilled safely, legally, or within the requested timeframe.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
